I closed on an older home which required some electrical work and updates. Essac was able to handle all of that in a timely and profesional manner. He always showed up on time and answered any questions I had. As where other contractors would just leave when the job was done; Essac refused to leave or finish until he was satisfied with his work and until it was perfect. This means even as something as little as making sure the screws on outlets are all facing the same direction. My home had no lighting so I had Essac install recessed lighting which turned out amazing. Now my home looks and feels more modern. We needed a lot of electrical work for our house, and Essac was there along with us the entire way! He’s patient, thorough, and explains well the work that needs to be done. What I appreciate the most is that he puts himself in the homeowner’s shoes, looks at all angles, and discusses with you what makes sense to do. He did major work, moving our meter to another side of the house, running cables through the crawlspace, upgrading the electrical panel, installing a generator hook up, EV charger, smart meters, you name it!
